John David Liddell,
President and CEO
Mr. Liddell has over twenty-five years experience in
International Business; Marketing; Intelligence
Systems Testing and Evaluation; Physical and
Electronic Security; Counter-Narcotics; Counter-Intelligence;
Information Technology; Special Event Planning; Film
Production, Editing and Scripting; Website Design;
Local and Wide Area Networks; Computer and
Applications Training; and, Quality Management.
Mr. Liddell has held positions as Chief Executive
officer, President, Director of Operations, Chief
Information Officer, Special Projects Officer and
other Corporate Management posts. He is a veteran of
the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps and a former French
commando. He has and still holds clearances at the
highest level to include special access programs.
Within the purview of the United States Government,
He was responsible for the design, implementation
and execution of on-site user testing and evaluation
of Strategic Intelligence Systems fielded worldwide
for the United States Army Intelligence and Security
Command. During his service, Mr. Liddell was a
Special Projects Officer and Mission Coordinator for
SIGINT Operations and developed Russian, Czech,
Serbo-Croatian, Polish and East German mission-related
language and technical training programs.
He received numerous awards and decorations during
his military service to the United States. Mr.
Liddell provided training on mission planning to the
U.S. Army Special Forces Command and each of the SF
Groups in the United States. He provided on ground
bomb search and detection training to the Saudi
Special Forces following the Desert Storm conflict
for border clean-up operations. He provided on-the-ground
HUMINT support to the EUCOM Special Forces in
Kosovo. He provided counter-narcotics support within
the United States and provided support to EPIC as
well as Project Alliance. Assisted in the conduct
and evaluation of security vulnerabilities at CEC
facilities.
He has also been responsible for the composition of
financial data transfers, program/project management
and business development initiatives to include the
promotion of Angel Investment Networks for small and
medium sized businesses in both the government and
the private sectors. Mr. Liddell assisted the U.S.
State Department during it transition to Local Area
Networks by satisfying their training requirements.
As an Expert Systems Engineer for the DynCorp
Corporation, he provided third echelon support to
the DoD Comptroller and assisted in the design,
development and implementation of in-house user
friendly programs. He has provided training support
at the Naval Research Laboratories. He has and
continues to assist in the project management for a
variety of energy plants both CONUS and OCONUS.
He is involved in the development and execution of
Business Development, Commerce and Environmental
programs along the United States and Mexican Border
States in conjunction with the Department of
Commerce, Department of Energy, Department of
Defense, and the Environmental Projection Agency. Mr.
Liddell is the Chief Information Officer for the
Seven Principles for Sustainable Development, a
joint program with the Department of Energy and the
Environmental Protection Agency and Information
Technology Liaison Officer for the “Wiring the
Border” program with the Department of Commerce.
He is the President and CEO of Ravensworth
Consulting; a Board Member for Active Capital, a
network of over 450 Angels investing one to five
million; Vice President of the Middle Path
Foundation which develops government to business and
business to business trade relationships between
China and the United States; Director of Information
Technology for the U.S. Mexico Chamber of Commerce
on joint venture projects along the border and
between the United States and Mexico. Co-Executive
Producer of the IMAX movie “Yosemite, the Film”;
Board Member for the Chinese Women and Children
Development Foundation
He is a Special Advisor to the President and CEO for
the Minority Business Roundtable (MBRT) representing
the top 100 Minority Businesses in the United States
and sits as co-chair on a number of their committees.
He is a consultant to the West Virginia High
Technology Consortium Foundation. He provides
support to the Department of Defense, Government
Agencies and the Special Operations Command on a
periodic basis both in the United States and
overseas. He is a Special Advisor for business
development for Vicom, an Internet and website
design company in Mexico. He also holds various
prominent positions with a number of other
organizations involved in manufacturing and
distribution in the Americas and overseas.
Mr. Liddell is a United States citizen, born in
Oxford, England. His mother is from the Cannon
family for which the Cannon House Office Building is
named, while his father is from a long line of
public servants in the U.K. His grandfather was a
Chief Inspector at Scotland Yard, and one of the
three founding member directors of MI5. His family
has served the British Crown at the ministerial and
diplomatic levels for more than four hundred years.
His formative years were spent at St. George’s
School at Windsor Castle and at Sevenoaks School in
Kent. He is a graduate of the Defense Language
Institute in Monterey, California and the Foreign
Language Institute in Munich, Germany. Mr. Liddell
speaks Spanish and French, and is conversational in
German and Czech. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree
from the University of Maryland in East European
